Our History

The Harvey name is well known name in property in Hawke’s Bay with over four generations of experience and knowledge.

In 1918 William Harvey first established a real estate, accounting and insurance firm in Napier under the name of Harvey Fulton and Hill.  From 1997 the company operated as Harvey Valuations Services when it was part of the Harvey's Real Estate Group. 

 

In 2006, Paul Harvey bought back the valuation division within the Hawke's Bay 'Harvey's' franchise and set up Williams' Harvey Ltd as an independent valuation practice.

 

As each first born son of the Harvey family is called William and since William Harvey founded the first business four Williams’ have been valuing property in the region, hence the company name Williams’ Harvey.
