Paul is Urban qualified and specialises in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. After graduating from Massey University in 1989 with a BBS majoring in Valuation and Property Management, Paul's career has been diverse giving him an extremely broad knowledge of the property industry in New Zealand. Starting as a Property Manager at New Zealand Rail in 1990 he was promoted to being one of their youngest Area Managers until he left for his OE in 1994. On his return Paul joined his father in the old family business where he sold residential/commercial real estate for 3˝ years. After completing his Valuation Registration in 2001, Paul then became the General Manager for Harvey's Real Estate, Hawkes Bay, in 2002 where he managed four business branches with over 50 staff until he left in 2006 to set up Williams’ Harvey. Paul is the great grandson of the original firm’s founder and is the owner and director of Williams' Harvey.

Kirsty undertakes valuations in the urban field mainly in the wider Hastings, Havelock North and Central Hawke’s Bay locations. Kirsty’s experience includes undertaking valuations for a variety of commercial and industrial properties of varying sizes providing valuations for sale, purchase and finance purposes, rent reviews, rent negotiations and replacement insurance valuations. For residential property she is involved in preparing valuations for a wide range of property from lower end to substantial residential properties for sale, purchase, mortgage finance and progress valuations. Kirsty also prepares our company Retail Vacancy Survey for the main Hawkes Bay towns and updates this on a six monthly basis.

With over 35 years of experience in Hawkes Bay Jim is a stalwart in the local valuation industry. He specialises in urban areas with particular interest in residential and insurance valuations. Jim is also an expert regarding chattel valuations from general household, plant and equipment to antiques and art. As a registered Auctioneer Jim's knowledge and long experience make him your best choice regarding estate or liquidation sales. As a Fellow of the Valuation Institute Jim also arbitrates in cases of disputes.

Bill is our specialist in the rural field with over 35 years of experience. Bill says he has valued almost every rural property in Hawkes Bay due to his time spent with Valuation New Zealand/Quotable Value prior to joining our company. Having been in private practice now for some six years Bill's knowledge and expertise in the rural field is an asset to Williams' Harvey and our clients. Chirs Hope joined Williams’ Harvey in November 2008 having returned to Hawke's Bay after four years at Lincoln University completing his Bachelor of Commerce and Valuation Property Management. Chris joins Williams’ Harvey as a Graduate Valuer and is currently assisting the team with their industrial, residential and commercial valuation assignments and is working towards gaining his registration.
Chris is local to Hawkes Bay and was born and brought up on a farm just out of Hastings and educated at Lindisfarne College.
Napier
Terry brings to Williams’ Harvey extensive experience having been involved continuously in property advisory services for the past 35 years. This has given Terry considerable expertise and knowledge which includes all facets of urban valuation and consultancy, specialising in the assessment of coolstores and industrial packhouses as well as property ownership, leasing investment, property development and management. Additionally he has acted as an expert witness, arbitrator and umpire in property related matters. Terry has served on the National Council of New Zealand of Valuers and the Board of Management for ‘Val Group’, including a term as Board Chairman. . Terry continues his career as a Consultant Valuer and the Manager of the Williams’ Harvey Napier Office.

Paul is an urban qualified valuer who commenced his career in Tauranga, where he gained experience updating Rating Values on individual properties where building consents or subdivisions has been completed, together contributing toward assessing updated Rating Valuations for Local Authorities on a mass appraisal basis. After two years in Tauranga, Paul transferred to the commercial division of Quotable Value in Napier where he completed market related valuations on a broad range of property types. Since joining Rawcliffe and Co. (now Williams’ Harvey, Napier Office), Paul has been actively involved valuing within the urban sector and has experience in a wide range of property types.

Grant’s experience is considerable and varied with experience in both rural and urban valuation work. Grant’s has also worked in both the public and private sectors undertaking valuations on a broad range of property types including residential ownership, investment and subdivisional property, lifestyle blocks, commercial/industrial motels and horticultural holdings. Grant undertakes market valuations for various purposes such as refinancing, sale and purchase, matrimonial, replacement insurance, hypothetical subdivisions, progress valuations and property cost allocation for depreciation purposes.
