In 1918 William Harvey first established a real estate, accounting and insurance firm in Napier under the name of Harvey Fulton and Hill. From 1997 the company operated as Harvey Valuations Services when it was part of the Harvey's Real Estate Group.
In 2006, Paul Harvey bought back the valuation division within the Hawkes Bay 'Harvey's' franchise and set up Williams' Harvey Ltd as an independent valuation practice. More recently Rawcliffe and Co, a well established and respected Napier valuation practice was incorporated into Williams' Harvey and now operates as our Napier branch.
As each first born son of the Harvey family is called William and since William Harvey founded the first business four Williams’ have been valuing property in the region, hence the company name Williams’ Harvey.
